Pipeline
You upload the recording, slides and any caption files. We log formats, runtime and audio channels.
Step 01We watch the footage and write the section map: topics, steps, sequences worth keeping.
Step 02Pauses, repeats and failed takes come out. The picture is aligned with the instruction order.
Step 03Titles, chapter markers, callouts and your captions are placed and checked in order.
Step 04Master plus any short versions, named by lesson and module, in the formats you asked for.

Annotation lab
We place the caption files and note text you supply, style them for legibility, and verify that every title, marker and callout appears in the order the instruction actually follows.

No. We work only on media you provide, and we do not broadcast, stream, distribute or host the finished files. Delivery is a set of files you publish yourself.
We prepare, place and check captions and annotations that you supply. Authoring transcripts is outside the service.
Standard turnaround is three to five business days per deliverable. A rush pass is available when the schedule allows, quoted per project.
We remove failed takes, repeats and dead air, and we tell you honestly when a segment cannot be saved by editing alone.
Two rounds per deliverable. Further rounds are billed at $60 per round.
MP4, MOV and ProRes for picture, WAV or AAC for separate audio, SRT and VTT for captions, PNG or PDF for slides and diagrams.
